As one of the world's largest retail conglomerates operating 84,000+ stores across 20 countries, Seven & I Holdings needed to communicate their strategic vision and portfolio strength to global investors and stakeholders. With their diverse holdings spanning convenience stores, supermarkets, and specialty retail, they required content that would convey executive leadership perspective while showcasing the operational scale that serves over 60 million customers daily.
The Solution
We produced an executive communications series featuring an in-depth interview with CEO Ryuichi Isaka, who has led Seven & I since 2016 after rising through the ranks from his start at Seven-Eleven Japan in 1980. Alongside Isaka, we captured perspectives from key leaders across the Seven & I ecosystem, creating a comprehensive view of the organization's strategic direction. The production integrated footage of their flagship retail locations and operational facilities, demonstrating the breadth of their portfolio while grounding leadership messaging in tangible assets that drive shareholder value.
The Result
The content strengthened investor confidence during a pivotal period for the company, contributing to improved institutional engagement metrics and providing leadership with polished assets for earnings calls, investor presentations, and strategic communications. The series became a cornerstone of their global IR toolkit.
