One of the world's largest investment banks hosts an annual conference that brings together 3,000+ institutional investors, corporate executives, and industry leaders across three days. The event generates enormous value, but historically that value walked out the door when attendees left. The events team needed to transform a three-day conference into a year-round content engine while delivering broadcast-quality live coverage for remote attendees who couldn't attend in person.

The Solution
We deployed a 14-person production team with six camera positions, a mobile control room, and an on-site editing bay. Coverage included: live-switched feeds of all mainstage sessions streamed to 2,400 remote registrants, same-day highlight packages distributed via email before attendees reached their hotels, a 90-second social sizzle released each evening, and full post-production of 45 breakout sessions for the firm's proprietary content library. We also captured 30 executive interviews in a dedicated studio space for year-round thought leadership deployment.
The Result
Remote attendance increased 156% year-over-year, with virtual attendees reporting satisfaction scores on par with in-person participants. The content library generated 340,000 views over the following twelve months, and the events team reported that clients increasingly referenced conference content in deal discussions—extending the relationship-building value of the event far beyond the three-day window.
