A top-decile PE firm with over $40 billion in AUM was raising their seventh flagship fund and facing an increasingly competitive LP landscape. Their IR team was conducting 200+ LP meetings per fundraise, and partners were spending significant time repeating the same firm narrative and track record story. They needed content that would do the heavy lifting before meetings, allowing precious face time to focus on fund-specific questions and relationship building.

The Solution
We produced a comprehensive LP due diligence video package designed to integrate seamlessly into their virtual data room. The centerpiece was a 12-minute firm overview featuring all five Managing Partners discussing investment philosophy, sector expertise, and value creation methodology. We supplemented this with individual partner spotlight videos, three portfolio company case study films featuring CEO testimonials, and an animated track record visualization that brought their returns data to life. All content was produced with CCO oversight and designed for placement behind password-protected LP portals.
The Result
The video package transformed their fundraising efficiency. LP meeting conversion rates increased by 34%, and the IR team reported that prospects arrived significantly more prepared, allowing meetings to focus on substantive diligence questions rather than introductory positioning.
